House Furniture is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.  If you find a typographical error please contact us so that we may correct it.   Subject to the foregoing, the prices displayed are quoted in U.S. dollars and may purchased worldwide. Purchases are subject to applicable taxes to be paid by the purchaser, and do not include shipping and handling fees and charges.

Martha M. House Furniture owns or has rights to all of the wallpaper, icons, images, graphics, pictures and other content of the Sites. The Content of the Sites are protected by copyright laws. Except as set forth above, you may not copy, modify, upload, download, transmit, re-publish, display for redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes, or otherwise distribute any Content from the Sites without the prior written agreement from Martha M. House Furniture. There are many images that were created by us, at our offices in Montgomery Alabama. These items include, but are not limited to Wood Finish and Fabric Samples. These images take hours to scan and prepare. Taking these images from our website to use on another web site (such as a competitor) is against copyright laws and is strictly prohibited. If you have "our" images on a web site that you own or operate please remove them immediately.
